Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey recently said the company was banning political advertising as internet political advertising presents new challenges to civic discourse including unchecked misleading information and deep fakes at an increasing velocity and overwhelming scale.

Furore erupts over WhatsApp spying exposé

Airtel slashes broadband plans price by up to 10%, loads additional data

All the 'Airtel Xstrema Fibre' plan will now come with minimum of 100 megabit per second speed in the range of Rs 799 to Rs 3,999 with video entertainment platforms bundled with them. Except the basic plan, Airtel has bundled access to Netflix for three months, Amazon Prime for 12 months and unlimited ​Zee5 and Airtel Xstream content in all the plans.

WhatsApp introduces new fingerprint lock for android phones

Earlier this year, the company said, it rolled out Touch ID and Face ID for iPhone users to provide an extra layer of security for WhatsApp users. "Today we’re introducing similar authentication, allowing you to unlock the app with your fingerprint, on supported Android phones," the company said in a statement.
