HCL Technologies said it has entered into a pact with Sri Lanka's Board of Investment for setting up of a global delivery Centre in Colombo. An incentive policy for the private sector companies to set up data centre parks in India will make it affordable for firms to store data locally vis-à-vis other locations such as Singapore.
