ShareChat sees 15 pc increase in daily average users during lockdown

The Bengaluru-based company, which has about 60 million monthly active users (MAUs), has also stepped up efforts to weed out misinformation around COVID-19. Video consumption has also increased by 15% from approximately 23 billion video plays previously. According to App Annie, Sharechat clocked 14 million daily average users between August 2019 and January 2020.

Tech Mahindra modifies terms of stake acquisition in Zen3, Cerium Systems

Tech M, in a regulatory filing on Friday, said the Zen3 Infosolutions transaction is now expected to be closed by April 15, and USD 35 million will be paid at closing with a deferred payment of USD 4 million to be paid over two years. The balance USD 25 million will be paid over three years linked to financial performance, the filing added.
