Clientele from these businesses are growing for soft-skill trainers. These sectors are still nascent, but demand is rising. These firms have witnessed an overall growth close to 30% in 6 months and 75-80% monthly. A majority of this hiring is in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. These trainings cater to blue-collared, grey-collared and white-collared workforce.
