NFRA to look into alleged accounting irregularities at Infosys

NFRA comes under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and US Securities and Exchange Commission are also looking into the Infosys matter following the whistleblower complaints.
