Freshworks overtakes larger rival Zendesk in market cap

Freshworks’ market cap stood at $13.56 billion compared to Zendesk’s $12.1 billion — a decline of 16% since Oct. 28 when Zendesk announced the acquisition of Momentive Global, the makers of SurveyMonkey, for $4 billion in stock.
