Supreme Court to hear Centre's plea on transfer of cases against India IT Rules on July 16

Appearing for the Centre, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta urged Supreme Court to stay the proceedings against India's new IT rules in various high courts, but the apex court posted the matter for hearing on July 16.
